いわゆるサラリーマンだと確定申告を必要とする機会は限られています。主にはマンションを買ったり、医療費が10万円以上あったりした場合ですが、他にも20万円以上の副収入を得た人も確定申告の対象になります。ここもわかっている人には釈迦に説法なのですが、講演料や原稿料などは、ほとんどの場合、10%を事前に源泉徴収されています。副収入部分の税金を計算してみて、10%で払い過ぎ状態になっているひとは、20万円以下でも申告するとその分の過払いの税金を取り戻すことができます。また、副収入部分に経費を申告できる場合もあるでしょうから、20万円を越えている人も、申告してみると案外戻ってくる場合もあるかと。10%が自分にとって高いのか低いのか、自分の税金の計算をしてみないとわからないですよね。
